It's actually really hard because you don't rotate smoothly. You rotate at like 20 degree increments (obviously to keep the blockchain size low) you can only hold and release a button 60 times and it needs to be done in 60 seconds. So I don't see a bot coming out anytime soon.

It's not a motorcycle themed logic puzzle. You actually make the motorbike drive through a level to get the coin.
You spawn in at the top and need to get the coin at the bottom.

And how does the "solution is verifiable easily" thing work in that case?  If it is also about right timing of commands, it sounds like it would be even easier to construct a valid solution algorithmically instead of playing the game.  But of course, this is just a gut feeling - we will have to see when the code gets released how everything is done.  Without code and the details, we can only speculate.
I'm pretty sure they said earlier that replay is submitted into the blockchain so everyone can see how you got to the end.
You should probably just download the test software from on the website, you'll see what I mean.

Yes of course - but if it is a real-time game instead of a logic puzzle with discrete moves, it makes a difference how exactly the replay is simulated to verify it (for instance, floating-point differences due to rounding on different machines / architectures when simulating the physics).

As stated already above, I'm definitely not going to download a binary-only code from somewhere.  If they don't release the source, I can't trust them - both for the example demo game and also the final client.  (I understand that they will probably release at the launch date, though.  I'll take a look then.)
Yeah, if the replay is different for every machine then this coin will fail. Hopefully not though.
