I've downloaded the latest DIME wallet ver. 1.4.0 but why the wallet itself once launched shows me the version like v0.8.3.13-g09e437b-beta?

0.8.3 is the actual version, the old dev decided to do 1.0 1.2 1.3 etc. for some reason...
