On most GPUs triggered throttling v9, no settings do not help, I do not know what to do = (
I had such throttling with one of 7950 even with v8.
On v9 situation repeated. I'm using heavily undervolted GPUs, so I dropped core clock a bit, added +10 power limit and throttling gone, straight 99% gpu load.
how can we undervolt a card ?? because i think all the non undervolted cards throttle with v9
