I think the problem is when all threads are running will update in a while.

Looking much better, as you can see below, and thanks for the quick response.

it's an experiential way, sometimes just restart your cpuminer can resolved your problem. some one told me he had high reject rate, i actually don't know why because everything of the pool seems ok, and i get high accept rate even after finding N k shares:
