It's a problem too, but there is no constant hatespeech at least 
With the word "nazi" mentioned every 10 seconds I doubt that there isn't such thing.
Honestly I think that all Russian have some kind of trauma , every time somebody speaks against them they are called fascists or nazi....
And probably most who use those words don't even have a clue about what it means.
As for the photo... who cares if it's fake or not , it's better that dead bodies
