On the 10th of December and the 12th of December we gave you instructions on how to retrieve your account. To date, we have not received the necessary documents. More information in my PM.

After I uploaded my scans, twice. I sent the notarized copies, but since you haven't received them even after almost a month, I assume someone else has the notarized copies of my documents (someone stole it or it got lost in the mail and it can be picked up by anyone). This is really f... up!
