How is the cooling on the back or the card ?
Look like there is no or very small exhaust area.
Cooling is fine. The square tube is 3/4 inch thick, and the top of the bracket has about 1/2 inch of blank space. I did have to remove 2 screws holding the bracket to the card so that it would fit flush to the tubing. I used self-tapping screws to make it fast and easy.
But I only see 5 connected and that should be so on what I guessing is an Asrock970 board.
Yes, an Asrock 970 Extreme4 - I have been making use of PCI-to-PCIe cards, which are working fine. Since PCI has only 25 watts, I m using a powered x16 -> x16 after the adapter to keep it from burning out. I buggered up some of my extenders by being too rough with them, and that's why 5 of the 6 are connected - but the 5 are mining away at 925/150 at ~60 degrees at 60% fan. getting 2060 mahash/s at the mo.
