Good eye.  I was actually posting and old version of the photo from a test batch by mistake. We had some issues with that on the first test-batch, the right side QR-codes didn't always scan well. The manufacturer created updated codes with better readability for us.

This is what the cards we are shipping actually look like now. They are tested readable on multiple devices.
