Hello everyone! Petr is absolutely right. I was not checking my email because I thought I was supposed to get a hold of him on here. He sent me an email before I ever PM'd him on here letting me know there was some issues and he was giving me free hashing time. We ultimately ended up agreeing on a full refund for the 6 hour block since we never got it up and working.
