If he posted a bitcoin address, and a donation I would supect its a scam or a sob story.

But almost all sob stories request BTC or $$$. Or cry for help. This one he doesn't ask, just
says I don't like begging, all I am saying Is I have a hunch that this suicide urge is potentiality the real deal.
And It needs serious investigation as suicide is considered both illegal, and a crime.
