no? i didn't get that link and i simply "bought" a "donnation for utc vote" - the upcoming page didn't mention a link, just the 10/10 confirmations... (and the vote was successfuly counted)
maybe they changed the voting system since your last visit..?
Check ur spam mail. I am not so sure that ur vote counted as I don't see any msg that says ur vote is counted
