With this version of sgminer (4.1.0-103) I can not see clocking options, only XIntensity can be set. So assume there are defaults. I have one HD7950 card, which works at about 1.7-1.8Mh/s.
I have not too long experience in mining (and tuning), this is the first time I mine X11 coin. I tried mining scrypt earlier, and the machine worked stable that time, it crashes only with X11.

I use the program MSI Afterburner to overclock and undervolt my GPU, in sgminer these settings don't work for me.
My GPU is getting 4000 - 4100 Mh/s, with X11. It's also my first mining experience with X11.
