It's almost a done deal at this point. Bitmain is firm on not giving me any refund, only replacement unit to be shipped tomorrow along with 3 coupons x 0.05 valid for 15 days. I'm giving up my fight for refund. I just want to resolve this, cut my loss as soon as possible, as each day my loss mounts bigger and bigger.

At least Bitmain has responded quickly AFTER UPS issued the loss claim.
