Well, everything looks ok. You sent 20000000 and you got it on mintpal.
There is nothing lost in your wallet - i am sure.
Explorer shows exactly how the system works. And "no". You cannot search by address at usecryptos.com.

After updated wallet,i found 9999999.7 coins lost,the transactions details shown as below,i only sent 20000000 to mintpal,but in the  same transaction ID, there's another outputs 9999999.70,i didn't sent any zeit to wMa4uX61X7UTkBggGSARtLAfmnWBAXsmGHP,who got it?

I  lost 9999999.70 zeit after update wallet,you see what i ' m saying?

I can try to help you find your change perhaps, do you have coin control enabled?   You can view your details by going into Coin Control to see your available inputs, by clicking list mode you will see everything.   Now sort the column label by clicking it at the top, look for (change) entries if you have not sent them out already or re-staked them you would see your 9999999.7
it is now 5/19/2014 so you could have re-staked that entry already or spent them unaware...  Do you use coin control? to enable see settings options...
