No ID verification needed, thats a great way to get your bank accounts closed.

I think you didn't understand me there. There is no ID verification for trading in cryptocurrencies, but there is for fiat currencies. We request this information to comply with KYC/AML laws. Even though we are based in Hong Kong, other governments may ask us for such information.

Who do you bank with in Australia? A bank or a payment service?

We work with a bank, but I am not sure if I can tell you which one it is. I'll ask and get back to you.
The wire transfer details would give that away, I'm just not verified.
