I received almost all of my principle yesterday. The admin took the 50%-50% split deal. I'm just glad I got out! 
How much did you settle for???
It wasn't much at all. I had about .08 BTC in my account including profit and principal. My principal was about .05. He sent me .043 BTC. All the message said was. "I sent .043. A little more than 50%." And then they wiped out the rest. I'm just happy that I have something I can still play with.
