Hmm, well it says right here in the premine documentation (https://www.facebook.com/notes/rightcoin-dev/document-premine-coins/1375615199394847) that certain amounts of coins are pulled out for the giveaways and pools etc. It seems to match up, let me know if im wrong tho. for example, 5000 was moved out of the wallet like it says.

This adress get 10 000 (block 1595) and 20 000 (block 2619)and 20 000 (block 2672) and 50 000 (block 4567) and 50 000 (block 5820) and 50 000 (block 6838) and 50 000 (block 7862) and 50 000 (block 9644) and 50 000 (block 9656) + some little other total of 372 000 on the same adress....

And there are not documented in this f***ing document... 90 000 are already gone.

I asked bittrex the exchange and they said none of the RTC premine coins have been moved there. I don't believe there is any other significant exchange where the the premine could be sold, so I will take them at their word for now.
