We should pay a professional internet marketer, viral ads, news articles in the right place etc.
The question is where to find one.
either you find one with an internet search or you get someone on here who has genuine skills and contacts and works in marketing. I imagine the world is full of internet marketing companies, I guess the person in charge of that area needs to research and find them, gets quotes, ask them what they can so etc. FB campaign, viral videos, plant articles etc.
I'll be honest I'm not sure I completely believe most campaigns do much. But if we are shown to have a Pro Marketer onboard it sends the right message. Sometimes it all about be smart like Dogecoin supporting the Jamaican bobsleigh team.
