So what will happen to my Yin & Yang coins at poloniex ? it is frozen i cannot withdraw!

you dont need to withdraw, the dev froze the markets to officially set-up the new distribution model.

Nothing has changed, once he set it up officially the market will unfreeze

Is there a timetable for the relaunch? Are only the unused coins being destroyed? And not mine?

I believe the plan is to destroy 3 million of each yin and yang leaving a total of 15 million each. all coins you own will be safe.

yes, i imagine we all do, your coins will be safe. The markets have been frozen for now though while the dev sorts out destroying a few million coins and distributing some of what are left.
