People can come and tell us that in the refund thread. Once they proof it's them via a signed message we exchange the old account for the new one. E.g. James already did that and he is not the only one.
Yes, as long as they have original wallet and can sign or prove it. Otherwise they are screwed
By the way, the first 20 pages were free giveaway. They don't even have a wallet to prove anything

Yeah, well - we can't work around everything. It was clearly stated that btt accounts would be necessary to claim stakes.
It sucks for the people that are affected and were excited about NEM but there's really not much we can do.
