This raises two possibilities.
- They've had a config cock up whilst doing something with the site.
- They've taken the site offline and are preparing to launch a different site from that server.
Reading this it looks like 'webkevlar' has had the cockup.... however is webkevlar = btc-arbs or are they truely a 3rd party ?
All my traceroutes etc hop off an ISP router in Kuala Loompa (apologies for incorrect spelling) and *sometimes* get a response from the btc-arbs server.
Intruigingly, an nmap of their server reveals that the following services are running; the web server has been shut down:-

Of course, this *could* be a clever ruse by someone trying to avoid detection --- ie: has the DNS entry been changed this week to point to an innocent party's computer ?
