What do you mean by this statement?
You may have sent the transaction along another fork, which means you can't recover them. If the transaction is labeled broadcasted through 0 nodes then it just may take time before it goes through, otherwise if you sent it on an old wallet, or to an old wallet it may never arrive.
Only use services we list, a lot of services never updated.
Can you give more information? We may be able to help, but most likely coins are lost or in limbo until your wallet does a check and notices coins never we're sent and confirmed. That takes quite awhile though.
