Yeah, I would say 1.6k sat is a fair price base point once the new coin is released and a day of panic selling (400 - 500 sat) and buying (1800 - 2600) occurs (It was at 2k+ sat before the double spend). Then again, this is assuming no patch or news of the game is released. If that happens then all bets for the price are off.

Well we already saw a rally to 2500 satoshi and I am pretty sure that was just a begging.
Of course. Everything can happen but from my own experience I predict that soon after new coin launch we will be back on tracks.
