The 50% distribution would hold true only if no coin had changed hands and that instaminers hold these coins today. Market function is considered irrelevant and the buys and sells that occured as non-existent to fit the "bad distribution" FUD.

Fact is, most coins have changed hands from miners to buyers in dirt-cheap prices who were then reselling higher (still at much lower prices than today). Buying from miners was at 0.0000x to 0.000x, and selling from investors was done in waves up to 0.002.

Click "All" for the graph... price 0.00016, 20 days after launch. And that was the second exchange where DRK was listed. On ccex the volume was dominating the market (>80% of the entire exchange). Again: lots of coins changing hands.

Even after three months in (April), price was @ 0.0012. Suddenly everyone remembered that life is unfair because they didn't buy.
