Coin is in steady development for over 5 months.

Also, check the price charts, the coin is very well distributed, and resistance to dumps after pumps is the best example. There is no conspiracy theory here.

Last but not least last time I checked, the price is on the steady rise, and the only thing keeping it < 0.02 is the wall, which will go down soon.
A lot people is waiting for their FIAT transfers into BTC (I know few personally).

There was clear announcement, no ninja launch.

Now, to your conclusion about few who manipulate the market - you have no fact/proof of that - this is a pure speculation/accusation, and the past 5 months is not supporting your theory.
People mined, people sold, coins got redistributed many, many times over.
