^I'm sure he's trying to make some Ken-sian backroom deal with HF, which, knowing Ken's boss legal/business skills, will end in tears.  At this point, everyone involved with HashFast is no longer talking but suing.  IceDrill Will has already smothered Simon with bacon grease, shouted bon appetit and tossed him to the lions.  Unless Ken made his deal before May 9th and has all the chips in hand, this is not ending well for anyone involved.
