I didn't realize there was an issue with using the bitcointalk reputation threads. Would it be possible to have a similar thread forum within the Leaserig site? I do see the Reply button now. Hadn't noticed that before. That goes a long way towards addressing our concern I think.

UPDATE: I gave the Reply button a try, and I see that my reply is buried. I'm not sure what anyone else would see, but it doesn't appear on the main page of the feedback/star ratings for the rig. The only way I could see it again was to hit the Reply button again. Can you make it so Replies are fully visible, or at least have a link (maybe with a comment "This Feedback Has Replies From the Rig Operator") on the main screen that everyone can see?

Whenever you post a reply, the customer is notified via email with a link to your reply.  From there they can reply to you and you will in turn be notified.  (Vicious cycle).

I wasn't sure whether cluttering up the main feedback view with a lot of replies was a good idea or not.  A lot of times you get a ton of completely unrelated information that you have to look through just to view the actual feedback (i.e. this forum).

Also, this feature is still in active development, so keep the "feedback" coming.  Cheesy
