Yeah, that happens. Lately I've had the reverse happen too (your own pools keep overwriting renters pools during a lease). I hope they can nail both problems down soon, because it's very stressful for us and customers.
wow, I was mining for a whole on renters pools, and they were not paying.
it seems that pool.conf file gets overwritten by renters pools and how would it even change them back to default, when the file has been already overwritten?
must I set default pools configuration in betarigs under my rigs configuration?
or how does it work exactly?
In regard to the pools not being changed back over. Technically, we only see that issue when a rig goes offline and the lease is "auto-cancelled". It's definitely something to do with the miner being offline when the call is made to change the pools back.

We usually see the issue with the customer pools being overwritten by provider pools on rigs that have CGWatcher running in the background.
I'm definitely working on fixing those issues currently.
