Can anybody please come out with a version that the 2% is removed?
I can try, but not with the source. I can try reverse engineer it, and patch the binary, but then you'd have to trust me.

The part where he loads his pool credentials, yes. Olly at least was not able to find the name of the pool and username. But as far as packing goes, there is none.
I pulled those from wireshark, though it's kinda pointless.
