Yeah, except that we can consider phase 2 canceled at this point, especially if we are talking about destroying the rest.I don't see why there should only be only a partial refund. Because if it hadn't been dev who collected the funds,
then it would have been an escrow and everybody would have received the full sum back at this point.
But we trusted dev...
Interest on top of the refund would be more appropriate rather than a partial refund.
