Cointerra told me today they cannot refund and need to wait until the 12 week mark before I can expect to see a refund. Then continue to ignore me again when I reply. What kind of company does this to their customers.  We deserve to know what going on. It is ameture companies like cointerra that give bitcoin a bad name. Anyone else failing at getting a refund or failing to get a response from cointerra?
