The problem, as I see it, is that all of us on the dev team are volunteers, with only the coin itself as incentive to our time. In my case, that is enough in most ways, but I have to pay the bills of a growing family as well. I can't speak for everyone, but we're all busy people and doing the best we can in our spare time, of which there is precious little.

Organize a workshop. You can easily hire a room where you can put 100-1000 people in, and you start example EAC and how to buy silver. Give people information about cryptsy, help them with setting up a account.
