But when I put in the address and click Sweep nothing happens. Also there is no extra box that appears that asks how much I want to sweep. Any help would be appreciated!

Do you put the address or the private key? you should the private key.
If not works please send me by email (ouziel@counterparty.co) the private key, I will check what the problem with it. Thank you.
