There are two actually, in my original thread that you quoted. I'll ask again:
1) is PoW over?
2) if NOT, where to mine the last PoW coins? (The multipool is not the answer here, as it clearly isn't mining SYNC)
1. PoW will be over at 8200 but there's no additional coins only TX fes
2. Most pools still have it running or solo mine.
Multi-pool is there to help miners get sync after PoW
