No the one who dumps this amounts is even making no profit, no way he bought al this below 130 and if he mined it he was better of selling it in portions of 100.000. I agree, could be someone or group that is seeing the coin as a threat or pissed off, alternatively they needed the funds back for something that occurred in real life.
