This doesn't sound overly hard to diagnose.
Try different web browsers.
Try withdrawing through a proxy or another computer
Try creating another account through a proxy and mining a small amount
Try giving me your account so I can withdraw (read: steal) your coins

Personally, withdrawals have worked fine for me, but I don't deny you have an issue.

Hopefully you people get some dev contact through this thread..
