Tl;dr, someone did exploit ED in the early days, ED recover the investors' loses by those time and add the limitation feature immediately. >95% of the case player are able to withdraw successfully, the rest are investors which I don't usually need to check and just withdraw immediately, and also very lucky player. So far in our history there are two lucky case, one is Mattyon (successfully withdrawn) and the current case is 1DiCe1, which we still checking the eligibility.
