If you are going to keep ploughing on with this, please improve some of your images, you can see the rough edges on things where its been copied and cut. This will help you no end.
Yea looks like jpeg, I understand your sorrow friend. This is my 2nd design and alot better than the first one I had paid for. Things will get changed in due time but seem same.

Also when I got scammed, it resulted in me not being able to produce a desktop version, I wasn't about to false advertise and put that design in when I'm not capable of producing an downloaded exe, when i had partners I was going ot pay for the .5 bitcoin fee grindabit charges to make a forum section and then ofcourse hoped to hav elinked bitcointalk.org to website, thats when all your dreams don't get crushed from deceptiveness and shadyness.
