Things like this are unfortunately COMMON. Most of the exchanges have serious brain issues, and Polo is one of the better ones. They are, for the most part, not very professional. That being said, Busoni almost always fixes things expeditiously once he's aware of them.
My favorite is Bittrex, but they haven't the volume yet.
haha "serious brain issues" I mean look Mt. Gox CTO was a former PHP coder, hackers came, opened door almost immediately
