Are the exchanges running on the correct fork? Poster above sais he sent money that don't get confirmed and the exchange is seeing them. Does that mean both are in the wrong fork?
Thing is that Cryptsy does that kind of stuff even on "normal" days with no forks. You can't tell what's going on for real.
