Been mining UTC from day 1 but i cant seem to get my settings right for New N-factor, Can someone help
I'm using R9 290s with 16GB on my machine.
Tried the config site and it just seems to reset my graphics card all the time.

Also what AMD driver are people using, and what hash rate should i get a 290s with new N-factor?

I think the best driver is 13.12, but I can't help you with settings cause I have only R9 270.
