Is that the default web front-end for NOMP ? I'm thinking of running a test NOMP install just to see how it compares to p2pool and mpos

It is MOSTLY a default webfront. I've made a few tweaks (like in the sidebar and stuff). But yes, this is essentially a pull from the github account.
