I've unlocked the wallet and waited for the full 6 hours, but it's still saying that I don't have mature coins.

i have staked multiple times but the majority of the time my arrow is grey. The last time it staked it turned green said my weight was 1 and net weight was seven and i had seven minutes to wait. My arrow was green for about five minutes then I staked for the other 26 or so hours since my last stake my arrow was gray.
