no worries, if you look at the top right, can see when the pool hit bocks.
The pool went through a dry spell but recently has been hitting blocks regularly, are you showing a balance now?

But im still confuse, i will get QCN by valid share or by mining and just waiting the pool hit the block?

valid shares get paid, but blocks have to be produced or "mined" before any funds can go out.

so you mean, i should leave my pc mining when there will be valid blocks. Btw minimum for po?

if you submit valid shares during a round that a block is found then you will get paid for those shares once the block is confirmed. i am not sure what minimum for po means??
