The new devs have a decent roadmap plan that involves a short x-11 or other miner change and then to pos. Hopefully after that its on to Anonymity in transactions and some decent marketing of those things when they are nearer. This can be a great coin with a little love put into it. 
Please switch to X11! I started mining some other coins that are using this algo and they are so much nicer. No more issues with certain brands of graphics cards not being able to get max hash and the temps remain reasonable the whole time so I will not have to replace cards in the near future!
Thats what i'm doing now. I'm eating all sell orders on cryptsy up to 205 and i'm feeling fine.
The price is better now. 155 was fail.
