You sure that's a bid price and not and ask price? I don't own any NXT so I don't have a client to check the AE.
It is a bid price, but currently these bids mean nothing because there is nothing to sell right now?
Someone could place a 1 million nxt per share bid just for fun, correct me if i'm wrong
Would be a b*tch if NEM was released on the AE and someone would be able to sell whilst he/she was sleeping
