Are you guys talking about this?:

To me this just seems to be the effect of the different algo's. When I'm mining plain groestl or keccak I'm not seeing this, mining JPC it gets a bit more spikey, but at X11, which has 11 different algo's (lol) which each have a different impact on the power usage, it gets the worst. So that may explain those lines.

Sort of similar, but see how the 5-6 cards have a much higher level of 'bouncing' than the other 4?

I am not sure of the culprit, but card 5 is a MST 750 TI OC, and Card 6 is MSI 750 ti TF.

Same risers, all six cards are on risers, and only card 2 is a 1x riser from a 16x slot...

Card 5 has same OC settings as cards 1, 3, 4... and Card 6 has same OC settings as card 2.

This is with 6 instances of ccminer50 running, so each has it's own process.

As for the TDP, you can see that just raising the TDP of the BIOS only lowered the percentage of max, and not apparently actually changed the draw of the card. With the bouncing it goes between 22-50% of max, which given the per card draw of 38W would seem to be about half of the new 65 TDP.
