The users here are copying any challenges customers are having from our official company thread. They are purposely cutting out positive feedback and only posting the ones that are issues.
As evident by the fact that the same 2 users post over and over again. Their agenda is fairly obvious.........
I think you have this backwards. Nobody is cutting out anything here. You are cutting out a lot of stuff in your "official" thread. This thread wouldn't even exist if you didn't do that.
Speaking of agenda, you've been gawfully silent on the question of sockpuppeting. What's your position on that? Legitimate marketing practice?
