I think the order is also important.

Joining coinwarz and larger mining pools (like dedicated pool) can greatly increase the network hashrate. Also, maybe some type of mining promotion using the premine could also draw some attention.

Next, get WIN onto poloniex with 2-3x the current network hashrate and let the troll box take over the rest.

Once volume has increased, adding it to coinmarketcap could aid in taking the price upward as bigger fish see a decent trading volume.

Greater trading volume could lead to an instant add to mintpal.


Has there been any consideration in adding anonymous transactions?
 I think with a transparent use of the premine, x11 with independent PoW/PoS and 2+ years of mining, and anon transactoins, the sky would be the limit for WIN.

I think poloniex or mintpal is what we need. But there are so many coins out there, and exchanges add them slowly, I don't know which criteria they use for selection.

Exchanges make their money through percentages of trades and withdrawal fees, so large trade volume is highly desirable.

The main goal right now should be to focus on marketing/awareness (giveaways / mining promotions) and increasing mining power (coinwarz and larger mining pools). If these two things are accomplished, the price will take care of itself.

To get onto mintpal will take great community support and sustained high trading volume (>100BTC / day). Going through the mintpal voting system is near impossible, but it couldn't hurt to have WIN listed in the voting section.
