Who else thinks newbie jail would be great, after all it would kill off alot of these ponzis and shitty ads for stupid stuff....
It's not going to help with either of those things, really. There are people that have been around a while that still do both of these.
Newbie jail is just there to slow people down from exiting. And if someone makes 30 accounts at once, they can have all of them unlocked pretty quick anyways.
